We had a membership that covered my wife and I and 2 spots for our children in the day care. It was not set to auto renew and was specially set not to.
3 of the people were cancelled but my daughter's account remained open and continued to bill. They were not authorized to do so.
My card expired and they continued to attempt to bill. Then they sent the remainder to collections and refused to assist me any further.
Desired outcome: Removal of remaining balance from debt collection. Refund of all funds they billed to the account that should have been cancelled.
