Les Schwab Tire Center

I was on my way to work and noticed that my tire was flat I took it into les swab on Francis in Spokane Washington and was met by a rude front desk receptionist I didn't catch her name. After explaining to them that I was on my way to work and would need to be helped as fast as possible she cut me off and said first come first served and said you can wait like the rest of our customers... I asked for an estimate and was told an hour. I walked all the way to my house for an hour and came back and the car hadn't moved. I asked why my car wasn't done and rudely the front desk receptionist told me that her time was an estimate and that I can wait another 30 minutes... There were staff whom work on the cars standing around and one even had a girlfriend visiting him while people like me are running late for work... My experience here was awful and I will never come back
