Town Fair Tire Centers - New tires purchased in April

Needed a new tire I purchased back in April looked at because it kept losing air. I bought a set of four but had problem with the same tire repeatedly. I brought the car back in after just one month. With an appointment I had to wait over and hour and they did nothing. Today I had an appointment at 2:00 pm and waited till 3:30 during which time my car was NOT serviced at all! When I went to retrieve my keys due to another appointment the service man tried to charge me $10.95 even though they never serviced my car! I told him to kiss my [censored] because I couldn't believe he tried to charge me for fixing my tire which I know they never touched as I was sitting right inside the waiting room watching the whole time. These people should be fired! They are crooks!
I know have one bad tire of a set of four that I would not trust to be serviced at this store!

Desired outcome: Fire whoever it was and replace the obvious defective tire .
