On feb 21 I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. While in the waiting area, a staff member kept calling another customer a man when she was clearly a woman. She politely corrected him and he became rude and disrespectful. Kevin (I think, his name started with a k) informed me that my tail light was out and I requested to see it. He said I should take my car somewhere else if I'm blaming him for breaking it. I told him I was not accusing him of anything, I had not seen it before and only wanted to see if the glass was broken or the light was out. He began arguing with me that I called him a liar. I told him to return my car and asked for the manager, he shut the door in my face. The amount of disrespect for customers is unbelievable. The owner needs to know that his staff is costing him business.
