Liam Driscoll was an extremely rude employee. I've been with Sprint for 15 years and have enver had a negative experience like this one. I called the store and asked for an update around the ear buds in the Galaxy S10 promotion. He infomred me that he had no idea what I was talking about. I had to let him know about the S10 release and the pre-order promotion. He took my name and number and informed me that he or the manager would call me back with more information because he did not know how to figure it out or get into my account.
I never received a call so I went into the store. He proceeded to tell me "yeah you arent going to get them." I asked why and that I was waiting for a call back and his response was "it's not my probelm." I explained that I was not given instructions at the time of pre-ordering the phone and that I was told they were "out" of them and I had to wait for a voucher then go to teh Samsung store to pick them up. I waited for weeks to get a voucher via mail or via email and recieved nothing.
I told him that he was being rude and he proceeded to ask me "how is that my problem" and "have a nice day."
Not once, did he explain the situation, apologize for miscommunication, or pull up my account to look into any details."
I noticed a camera at the store above where i was standing. I encourage you all to watch the film and listen to his response. I left the store feeling frustrated, belittled, and highly offended that he would talk to a customer this way.
