Ordered a dress for an August 22nd wedding, put in the order and the payment was accepted. A week later, received an email stating that the dress will be available October 22!
Contacted your CS number and was connected to the greatest agent for David's Bridal... her name is Angela. She helped me find a dress that was in the same framework as the original dress, but she had to find a store that had it in stock. Lucky us, there was a store in the Carolinas that had the dress in stock. We paid for it and it was shipped to us.
Now here is where the nightmare begins. We received the dress and the dress is absolutely filthy! The neckline is dirty and has makeup on it. The clasp as the neck is gone and there are threads hanging out of the neck. There is powder or deodorant on the dress!
How in the world could you sale a dress in the condition? I am so disappointed. I never could have imagined that David's Bridal would do a customer like this.

Desired outcome: I would like a partial refund for the alterations and the dry cleaning services.
