Called once today at around 2:50pm. Telephone to the store (Monroeville, PA) answered and said I had to hold. Then the line went dead after a couple seconds of music. Called again, same person said to hold, then waited about five minutes or more before the automated service came on to tell me that I had to select a party. I hit the ** button as indicated and it just kept repeating the message. All of the items I was looking for on the web site said that I had to call the store for availability. He should answer the phone instead of keep picking up every minute and hitting hold. Better to ask for a call back number and I would have waited. Forget this place. I can imagine that in person help at the store would be just as inconsiderate.
