Domino's Pizza - Service / customer service / employees

I have continued to attempt to get some sort of satisfaction from this company and I continue to get nothing! Finally I received a very nice call message from apparently the new store manager, I followed with a text, and she replied, she was very busy but was concerned yada yada yada... I replied w at least 3 messages and I have as of yet to ever hear back from her! I believe that this was a serious matter! Not only was everything wrong about my order involving serious heath concerns but in the middle of a pandemic I was served used pizza!

Hello, my name is Lori Fairchild this is in regards to your store #9394 Warrenton, Oregon

I had a horrible experience at your store on Sunday July 19th, 2020. On the 23rd I wrote via your complaint suggestion line. I received an email asking date, time, store number and amount, which I was able to furnish. Then I never received any more contact. On the 29th I again wrote asking why no one had contacted me. The next day in received an apology and was told the store was supposed to get a hold of me but since they didn't here is a coupon for 15$. I replied basically that $15 didn't even cover half of the money that I had spent and what did they have to say about all the other issues.. mainly serving me a used probably employees pizza!... I heard nothing back from anyone. On 8/5 I started a new complaint and included my original complaint. As of today I have still not heard back from anyone! I finished my 14 day quarantine and thankfully I did not contact the virus but that was a terrifying two weeks. I am simply just amazed that no one in your company cares anymore than this. I really do think that one or more of the news stations might find this story very interesting especially since your company doesnt seem to care in the slightest.
This is my original complaint.
Thank you very much, Lori Fairchild

Hello, My name is Lori Fairchild. I live in Ocean Park, WA. I truly just kept going back and forth on sending this note but in the end I figured that you needed to know.

Last Sunday we made a trip into Warrenton. We seldom have the luxury of doing this and in doing so my husband and I got excited t order a real live pizza! It has been over 5 years for me and a bit less for him. So it really was a treat! Not being clear on exactly how to go about ordering so I just went into your Warrenton Oregon store. All of the workers seemed to be very busy and everything seemed well enough, and it was a busy day for Dominos Pizza! A gal cooking hollered over her shoulder the answers to my questions and told me just to go to the register, which I did. A very nice and hurried young man took my order. Two medium pizzas, a ham & pineapple and a buffalo chicken, both with white sauce and the chicken w no onions and hot sauce on the side. I used your coupon and went outside to wait for the pizza. after about 10 min I was told to come back inside. my husband went in and after figuring out that it was under "Lori", a gal reached up and grabbed two pizzas and handed them to my husband. when he arrived at the truck and lifted the lid we were very much surprised because we certainly didnt recognize this style of pizza, upon opening the second box we just looked at each other in dismay. this pizza had clearly been already started to be eaten! one or two pieces were missing and the next piece was half eaten! he quickly gathered them up and rushed back inside... as he was informing them of our discovery apparently "our" actual order was just finished baking. my husband said that the gal told him, well these pizzas actually look pretty small so we will make you two additional ones on the house. he came back outside to wait and since we were so hungry; we decided to order additional items. So he he then ordered a 32 piece parmesan bites and a stuffed bacon/jalapeno. We finally got our order, 4 medium pizzas and the two sides, running late we dashed out of there and hit the road. As I opened each box I was simply sick. Big huge red things all over the pizza, red peppers I presumed, which we both loathe, all a top a pizza apparently cooked w the hot sauce because there was no way to remove it, not on the side as requested but smothered all over the top, then under it it was full of red sauce! tons of it! which he hates and I am allergic to... upon checking the next three pizzas, one was identical to the first and the other two. yes there was a bit of ham and a small amount of pineapple, and I do mean a small amount! but truly it was difficult to tell because of all the big, huge white onions plastered all over the top! and you guessed it, full of slathers of red sauce! okay, horrible, horrible but the kids were all working so hard and kudos to them for working this hot, gorgeous Sunday at the coast in the middle of an epidemic... I would simply eat the parmesan bites. Probably about half way through them I was kind of surprised that he had gotten the smaller order since together we had decided on the large. when I mentioned this to him, he was simply sick that he must have forgotten and ordered the small. He felt so rotten, I wanted this pizza treat so badly, we go without because we cant afford it and then I couldnt even eat any of it! then to top it off he gets the small bites. the day was still sunny, it was Sunday and we were together so nothing could damage it that badly but what a horrible, horrible and expensive! ordeal. but when I was cleaning out the truck yesterday and I found the receipt for the LARGE order, bought and paid for! it was then that I was really getting ticked off!

thank you for your time,

Lori Fairchild

As I write this I just keep thinking about these kids; one kid...? handing us a partially eaten pizza! We are all wearing face masks! Social distancing in the middle of a world wide epidemic! but not my husband and I! We had the undeniable fact of having someones partially eaten pizza all boxed up and contained until we were both leaning over with excitement and anticipation at a every 5 year treat of Gods Food, breathing in deeply, of course our masks were removed, and we sucked up every single bit of someone elses breath, salvia and whatever else was on their hands. we are both older and both with compromised health. That happy Sunny Sunday didnt turn out to be so happy or sunny, for us at least
