Penske Truck Rental

I picked up a truck in Roseburg Oregon. I asked if I could just stay parked in front of the office, inside their fence, for the couple of days that I needed to return the truck. She refused, saying "it's against our insurance." So, I was forced to park on the street, where my catalytic converter was ripped out, and then the car towed. That's way more money than it cost to rent the stupid truck! All this was while the fires are raging and my office got burned down. The timing could not have been worse.

I had a deal for cheaper to rent from Budget, and park in their well-lit parking lot, but went with Penske because I didn't want to drive the other direction to get the truck. Big mistake.
