I tried to make a purchase online Sunday, November 8th. The order did not go through but the payment did — multiple times! I received an alert from my bank Sunday evening and was able to halt further charges. I called Zales Monday, November 9th and the representative acknowledged that there was an "IT problem." I was given a ticket number documenting the complaint. They still have not resolved the issue. What is really disturbing is that there has not been ONE customer service attempt on their behalf to apologize for error. I went to the store to try to purchase the items and was told that the sale price couldn't even be honored in this situation. Really poor customer care!
