T-Mobile USA - early cancellation because of bad service

Hi my name is Fabienne Pericles, I brought a phone from one of T-MOBILE store on 10/12/2012, the SAM T999 GALAXY S III 16GB BLUE KIT that I cannot used, because the phone line keep getting cancel without any notice, I do not know when the phone is going to cut off, I could be anywhere with the phone and before you know the phone line just cut off, what if I need help because I get off from work last at night I need to worry about my phone line getting cancel . I doing everything that I'm suppose to do on my part I pay my bill for the phone, but it is not going anywhere. The First time the phone line got cancel without any notice, it was after a couple of weeks from when I brought the phone, so I called customer service, they said they are going to fix it, and it not going to happened again, I said o.k so they got the phone line back on, I thought problem was solve, before you know the phone line got cancel again without any notice a second time After a couple of days, I called and they fixed. It happened again for a third time again o.k I called customer service again. Before you know the phone line got cancel without any notice for a fourth time it happened again. This problem is inferring with my job and my life, It is inferring my with job, because when my bus calling me for work she cannot get through, so she called someone else for work, as a result I loss money, money that I need, my bus called me so many time for work, she could find me I lose count, I'm embarrass I just got the job, I could get fire. It is inferring with my life because I have to take care of my mother, and when I'm working, I need to called so, I could check on her, and I cannot do that because the phone line is cancel almost all the time without any notice, I have to asked people to used their phone, I should not have to ask people to used their phone, when I have a phone that I'm paying for every months. I do not think It is professional, they should be able to fix this problem, every time I called customer service about this problem they gave me a different reason, and I tried to workout this problem with them, I gave T-MOBILE four chances to fix, it is getting to much for me, I'm tired of calling customer service all the time just so I could you the phone. Customer service hanged in my face so many time, sometime they do not want to talk me. Right now I'm using my neighbor's phone because my phone is not working.
