Good Morning,
I hope this email is responded to in a timely manner and with the urgency it requires .
In March I received a complimentary private training session, days letter the state was shut down due to covid 19, during the time the gym was closed I have been charged twice for a personal training package I did not accept nor agreed or sign on to . I have since reached out to the locations manager, which has not been anything but extremely rude to me, and has failed to provide me any explanation on why I was enrolled without my authorization, when I asked her to have the trainer reach out to me, I found out he is no longer working in this location, so they don't even have a clear answer on how was it that I supposedly purchased this package when the gyms were shut down and this employee is no longer even working there.
I am ready to take this to its highest extent to receive a full refund and an apology from this Manager. I have already reached out to Nina Pineda from 7 on your side, filed a BBB complaint # 15019610 and will also file an Attorney General complaint if this is not looked into .
