May, 2020 - broken recliner switch. Called for Service, they ordered the part, I've been waiting since May 2020 for a replacement switch. I paid $570 for this Service and no one can get me a date for my replacement part. I's been 6 months and nothing yet.
They tell me it's not a 'parts warranty' but a 'protection plan'. They have no parts on inventory. No-one told me this when I bought the 'Plan'. It was misrepresented by the Sales person.
I'm asking for a refund but I get no answer or any help.
