Since july when I ordered my couch I have been brought the wrong couch 2 times and now a defective one, I have been calling, texting, writing emails, leaving messages and I never get a response, like they say they will. I have physically gone in and spent hours there on a few occasions leaving there thinking ok maybe they will fix this. People have been rude doing there job incorrectly by putting in the wrong order after I had just been talking to them for over an hour trying to get this resolved. I have talked to headquarters many many times. I have a chronically ill daughter who lives with me making any contact harder than is for the norm. It has been a challenge to say the least we have been lifting in and out, ourselves the incorrect furniture. I need some resolve to this. I understand everyone is under pressure things are on backorder right now, but I have never gotten one up date through all this I am at my wits end. I need a decent couch and now.
