I am a regular customer at the East Falmouth speedway. The general manager there is very rude. I’ve been at the register, the person waiting on me is grabbing me something from the back (a pack of cigarettes) the alert for gas is going off and he doesn’t touch a thing. The regular sales associates are doing more hours than the manager. Being a regular customer you hear quite a bit of what’s going on and the way that store is being ran is very unprofessional. Something went wrong the other day with something on the computer and the manager, Austin, punched the cigarette wall. This is the second time I have heard him yell and have seen him smash something. Everyone else is very pleasant, but the tension is very thick when the manager is around. The way he handles situations and talks to some customers never mind the employees has me flabbergasted. I highly recommend checking in on that store and asking the workers about the managers anger. I have been coming here for over 25 years since before it was Hess, and this is the worst I have seen it ran. I will no longer be doing business here thanks to that manager.
Desired outcome: An apology to the employees he’s yelled at and smashed things around. Take some action.
