We ordered thanksgiving dinner for 30 people to be delivered between 1:45 and 2:00 on thanksgiving. Our order number was [protected]. By 2:30 the food was not delivered. We called numerous times and no one answered the phone. Picture the scene, we have 30 people waiting at my mom's house for thanksgiving dinner with no food and no answer. After no response, my sister and I drove to the boston market on devon ave.in park ridge. What we encountered was mass chaos. Our order was not only not delivered, it was not even made and they didn't have enough food to cover orders. They closed and locked the doors. We left boston market with 30 waiting for thanksgiving dinner and no food from boston market. The store provided no answer, no satisfaction and no dinner. Completely ruined our holiday. I want to know what is going to be done about this to compensate for the total lack for us as a customer. I expect a phone call, an answer and some compensation for this.
