Mavis Discount Tire

They were replaced on Feb. 24, 2023. Within a span of 4 months, the brakes were scraping, shaking, and the rotors were jerking and pulsating. Took to a different shop to find out my brakes and rotors were replaced with a very cheap brand which ended up going bad within a few months and needed replacements already. I did not trust Mavis to replace them since they had already charged me $350 for bad brakes and rotors.

Mavis never informed me of a "warranty" on the brakes and I had them replaced somewhere else where I was given a much higher brand for about the same price.

I went back to Mavis 1 week ago for some compensation and was told that I should have brought the old brakes back to them and at this time there is nothing they can do to help me. It is very disappointing because my mother and I had both purchased tires from Mavis in the past.
