Domino's Pizza

Today, my family wanted to place a delivery order to one of your locations, a mile from our house-store location-3633 N, Harlem Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, 60634 for two of your special pizzas-large chicken taco and medium cheeseburger.

In the course of ordering were told that even though we are only a mile away the delivery could not be handled because the dividing line for delivery was directly across but not further (how is that... Because of the space of an intersection... Even though the other three directions 2-5 miles away.

We are a family with or disability issues but were made to do pickup. Since the order was taken twice, what guarantee is there we were not doubled charged.

Thinking about the pandemic, one would hope that a small business would be finding ways to make money not deny it. Because of this rudeness and unprofessionalism we will never use domino's again
