I wanted to become a consultant til my consultant of 10 yrs left the business. I have done research and seen on pampered chef Q&A site for consultants says "you have the freedom to share and sell the way you want" multiple times but in fact is a lie!
They want you to use their site and say that consultants can't have cash and carry items unless it's a certain amount. I informed them that some do vendor events only and they said that was fine but each person has to have an order # and must be ordered from the company. So what happened to sell your way it makes money for company either way the customer doesn't have to wait for product.
No answer then went back to agreement. Agreement says no such thing.
My consultant had great clients and was always taken care of. But because a person another consultant was mad because my consultant replied to a ISO on Facebook for an Item. My consultant was just try to help person who was in search of an item and other consultant got mad and made comment trying to steal a sale. My consultant was only helping the iso person if that person said I'm talking to Joey then she would have said have a nice day.
Guess when Pampered Chef has contract it's one sided and don't have to follow. So made my mode up not a company this veteran would work for!
As a Veteran Integrity is a must and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy or sell for this company after talking to many personnel in head office.
Ask this question why are so many leaving the company and why don't they follow their own contract written
