CVS - Unrelenting pharmacist

My wife decided to take advantage of the free covid tests CVS Pharmacy provides. There was a opportunity of covid exposure over a week ago so she felt it's best to be prepared for the next possible exposure. After the pharmacist asked if she's been diagnosed or exposed, she said she was exposed.

At that point, Herbert the pharmacist at the CVS on Joe Frank Harris Pkwy in Cartersville, GA decided to loudly tell my wife that she needs to be wearing a mask, how people like her continue the spread of this disease because of mask refusal and just went off on her. This was in front of a pharmacy that had 8 people in line. All of which were listening. He finally told her to go and wait 20 minutes for the free covid tests.

Mind you, I am severely immune compromised and she is the most careful person when it comes to exposure.
As she was waiting and walking through the store with our children, a customer (and her pre-teen child) who both happened to be IN the line and witnessed the initial confrontation walked past my wife and patronized her for being one of those terrible people who spread covid!

My wife decided to go back to the pharmacy and tell Mr. Herbert that the comments he made were uncalled for because she never displayed any symptoms and she waited the allotted timeframe of over a week before coming in for the tests, and that his comments caused her to be singled out and patronized by another CVS customer.

Not surprisingly he went off on her again, criticizing every word she said then smugly replied, ok, thank you. She asked for an apology because his actions created tension between her and a random woman and child. He retorted, I did but you clearly aren't listening to me, but i'm. Sorry. To top it all off, he makes her wait in another line with 5 people already waiting who just witnessed yet another confrontation, just to check out the free covid tests instead of doing it himself at the register he was working at!

She was so shaken by his response, she was crying by the time she reached the counter.
Here's the kicker, out of all the 6 employees in the pharmacy, Mr. Herbert was the only one wearing a mask yet he singles my wife out?! And then he created a mob mentality by having not only a customer patronize her in the store, but another customer goes up to him and verbally support his actions, and a fellow pharmacy technician congratulate his courage to stand up to my wife!

Are you kidding me! She was crying at the counter because she does nothing but follow the rules when it comes to the covid requirements!
At one point, he said he was merely suggesting her to wear a mask. No! That was dictating a loyal customer to wear a mask when there was no reason for her to wear one. Because, let you tell you, if she had an inkling of an idea that she had covid, she'd be the first one to wear the damn mask! But you know what, she wouldn't even be in public, hence her waiting a week and a half!
Mr. Herbert the pharmacist should be absolutely ashamed of himself. CVS really needs to reevaluate the substance and core of their employees.

Desired outcome: I want Mr. Herbert fired. His remarks could've ended badly if more people followed his mob mentality that she was one of "those covid spreading" people.
