Camping World - Service

Camping World has had my horse trailer for repairs 3 times since July 2022 at the Bufors, GA location. I dropped it off in July of 2022 and they kept it for over 7 months. I picked it up in February and there were numerous things missing, not done, or worse yet I was charged for that didn't need to be done because it was not part of the damaged area. I was told I needed to bring it back down to the Buford location and the repairs would be done correctly. I took it back down, by the way, it is 2+ hours from my house in western NC, in May and left it for 2 more weeks at which time all of the issues were NOT fixed. I continued to email and call both Buford and the corporate office. I was told that I could not take it to another repair company and have Camping World pay for it, but I could take it back down to either Buford or to another location. I said I wanted to take it to the Hendersonville, NC location but then was told no, I have to take it to Buford and that there was a new service manager because the Buford location was such a clusterfuck that they had to send someone else in to straighten it out. Four weeks ago we dropped it off again and met with Patrick Harper, the new service manager and went over all the issues. Since them we have left messages for him to call us and we have yet to talk to him. I have called the corporate office and asked to speak to Marcus with no success. All I can say is he must be the unhappiest person in the world because his message states that if your not happy he's not happy. I AM NOT HAPPY! I was charged twice for the awning that was put on, but I can't get reimbursed for the 2nd one. I sent a detailed report with the repair estimate highlighting what WAS done, what WASN'T done that I was charged for, and what still was not fixed. I was charge $37,000 for the work and at least $15,000 was for repairs that were not done or did not need to be done. With this email, which was sent to Patricia Crandall, I attached pictures of all the issues.

Desired outcome: I would like to take my trailer to a different repair shop that can do the work that they say needs to be done and do it correctly in a timely manner!! I also want to be reimbursed for the awning that I paid for twice!
