Signed up in May for the older woman classes. Was not sure that I would be able to do the classes since I broke my skull in 7 places and was in a coma. Was told that the money would be refundable if I could not participate. I went to 2 classes and told the instructor that I was so dizzy and I did not think I would be able to complete the classes.
Have tried to obtain refund since then. Was told to drop off proof that I broke my skull, so I did that. Still no funds have been refunded. I think the local news channel would be EXTREMELY INTERESTED to hear about this nonsense.
Claimed loss: $600
Desired outcome: Money refunded minus 2 classes i took
Made the mistake of signing up for the older woman classes in NORTH PORT, FL location. Was told I could be refunded if I could not participate. I tried to go to the classes and could not participate. Have never received a refund for the $600 I spent on 2 classes. "Management" is an extremely loose word with this company. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional establishment...ever...
