For years I have been coming into this Winn-Dixie and dealing with the same type of customer service at the front desk. First of all it takes these people sometimes up to 15 minutes to acknowledge someone is standing there. And not only that they're very rude particularly Pam and Debra. I buy Lotto and I'm constantly being told how to budget my money by rude comments and unnecessary jokes. It has been like this for quite some time I am very disappointed that this is the type of customer service we deal with here. Please acknowledge the issue and address it accordingly thank you very much.
Desired outcome: A better customer service a faster customer service and stopping all unnecessary comments to customers about their expenses.
