Hello. I ordered through the drive thru in Washington, DC, Bladensburg Road on November 17, 2023. I ordered a 5 piece chicken, two can dine with two sides. I specifically, asked for a specific piece of chicken. I was told it was included in the order. Well, I arrived home only to find out I had no sides in the bag and the chicken specific piece of chicken was not included in the order and I only had 4 pieces of chicken. My grandson witnessed this incomplete order. I returned to the store and informed the worker because the Hispanic manager did not come over to acknowledge me or my issue. I dealt with combativeness and pushback.
My food was cold and staff refused to replace with warm food and any sides.
The inconvenience of me having to come back and the insult of dealing with remedying this issue was poorly handled. The customer service and remedy of my issue was poorly handled. I asked to be refunded my money for the order since no accommodations were being provided. Very disappointed with the outcome.
Desired outcome: a fresh batch of hot 5-piece chicken (the pieces of choice) instead of keeping the same food that was cold. My sides that I did not originally receive but super-sized it for the inconvenience of having to return to the store, with a drink.
