I called the salon ahead of time to get an estimate for what my daughter wanted done with her hair (bleach then dye the ends). I was quoted $35-$40. I sent my daughter to the salon with her father with this information. FYI my child was paying for this herself with her 9th birthday money. When the process was over the cost for services was $100! I called the salon to speak to the manager (as I understand it is Mora herself) who implied over and over that I was lying re: the estimate I was given saying "we never give estimates over the phone." I explained that this was a 9yo and her own money, we were quoted something significantly lower than $100. Mora was condescending, accusatory and unwilling to offer any type of customer service. My child is in tears. I have used this company for all of my children's haircuts in the past and it is upsetting to be a loyal customer and be treated this way.
