My identity theft company says that Houzz has my personal information out on the dark web. I called their customer service because I could not find any information on their website about how to remove the personal information. The woman that answered the phone was rude and refused to allow me to explain what I needed. My husband got on the phone and he tried to explain our problem. Again she was rude and refused to let us explain to her our problem. She hung up on us. It is obvious that she is not properly trained to handle all calls that she might receive.
