I got through to UTEC on the number [protected]. You have to leave a message but they did call back. I was told by (John) that UTEC is not in any way affiliated with Testing Authority Inc. I asked if it had the same owners and he denied any connection. It seems I have hit a brick wall with trying to get my money back. I'm going to keep trying and would appreciate any help that anyone can give me.

Does anyone know how to get a refund from this company. I finally reached a valid phone number but they are not answering. It was Testing Authority Inc and the latest company name I have found is UTEC. Does anyone have Tyler Long's contact information? I read a comment from one woman who was able to reach a publisher from an article about Tyler Long and she was able to get contact information from this publisher for him. She stated that she was refunded after contacting the CEO Tyler Long. I read the article in Business to Business magazine about Tyler Long and his companies and he Long states he is Christian and that he wants to operate a Christian based company. I would love to know how many people have been scammed out of their money by his company. The worst thing is that the people paying for these materials are people who need a job. These are the last people he should be targeting. I have spoken several times to a woman claiming to be a supervisor named Bernita I believe. She stated there was no one higher up I could speak to about my complaint for a refund. I have read so many comments from outraged customers who have been scammed out of their hard earned money. I'm sure this woman (Bernita) has been trained to not let us get any further in our quest for a refund. I'm not giving up and hope everyone who is due a refund keeps pursuing this until they are fully compensated. The last information I have found is www.theutec.com [protected]. UTEC is out of business. Its the same guy Tyler Long who owned Exam Services, US Work Alliance, Access Career Development, Testing Authority - all run by the same schmuck with other front men. His credit card processor put a hold on his funds because he was ripping people off. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has a law suit against him.
