To caution and beware of TVS cargo services located in Doha and Al-Khor, herewith I am highlighting my bad experience I have faced with them recently, I have booked a parcel worth of 1200 QR in TVS cargo services in Doha, when they delivered the parcel in Chennai the parcel was open and the reason told by them is customs. when we checked the items nearly 410 QR worth of materials are missing and when I reported this to TVS cargo services, Doha there is no proper response from them and I found this is like a chain link and understand only time and money waste for me to go to there office to follow with them and also it is a lesson learnt for me.

Dear All,
I had sent a cargo from Doha to Mumbai on 15/06/2014 for which I had paid their service charge QR 1203/- for 7 cartons. Out of which I received only 6 cartons. One carton is still missing. I had reported this with their Doha office many a times but I could not get proper response from them. The last a got a call from their sub-agent in Mumbai but they also could not locate my missing carton. They are not even ready to pay for the lost item. Even the cartons which I received were in a total bad conditions. My brand new vaccum cleaner was damaged.
This is just to caution everyone. Please be aware of this fake cargo service..

i have sent my washing machine by tvs cargo Doha. It is delivered but washing machine is badly damage. the tvs cargo is not agreeing for its insurance coverage.

Dear All... I sent a cargo from Doha on Dec 29th . The rate for sending to chennai was 11 QR/Kg. when i enquired why charges are high when compared to other companies who charge only 7.5 QR/Kg, the booking person informed me that it will be delivered in 3 -4 days time.But it is more than 2 weeks now and i am yet to get the delivery. My opinion is that the company should be transparent in its functioning and be sincere in its commitments. If they dont change their style soon they would go out of business because there are other companies which offer at a competitive rate.So please be aware of this company
