On July the 8th at 2:53 p.m and at 2:54 p.m two charges came off of my debit card one for $1.00 and the other was $29.95. I never authorized a $29.95 withdrawal from my account the advertisement said I would only be charged a dollar for the information and now it's set up to come out of my account each month and I want this stopped. They are doing nothing more than stealing my money. I am going to contact the BBB also this is uncalled for and ridiculous. Not to mention very bad business.
Desired outcome: Stop taking the money from my account.
I'm also stuck in the same spot, however I can't find any of their information could you send that to me if you still have it? Because I too am spending 30 a month on something I'm not even using
