My original message I sent was

Sorry, we are not available at the moment. Please send us an email using the form below. Live chat has been down for days with this site. How can I go to tgs.net for assistance when it's never up? They say they are open at 11am to 2am EST, it's completely false. Just going to file a chargeback with my bank, I am not going to get screwed over. Thanks for warning me folks.

He then turned around, and instead of resolving the issue, contacting ComplaintsBoard and had the post removed.

After further research, this guy has dozens of reports for fraud. The main issues with this company are

1). He defrauded multiple individuals and many people reported issues he never cleared up.
2). He claims he is 100% secure and guaranteed when clearly he is not and accounts can be suspended and banned without any control of his.
3). Again, I sat in live chat for a hour without any support when it says "online".
4). His site has multiple statements that are simply lies and policies he doesn't honor.

Again, I strongly recommend you do not use TGS.net or THEGAMESUPPLY.NET

Attempted to sell an account to this company, and was belittled by Cory, the guy on duty. He's apparently convinced that I'm someone who contacted him previously despite having never set foot on the website until that day, and when I mentioned that I'd be sure to leave a bad review, he threatened that he'd report my account to blizzard for scamming. Very shady company, VERY inappropriate business tactics, would not sell or buy from these guys. Ever.

I made a purchase on 1/13/2018 Sunday night. Despite being outside of TheGameSupplies.com working hours, he still responded to an email request and was very friendly. The account I originally selected to purchase was apparently unavailable without his knowledge at the time, buy he gladly allowed me to switch it for another account. After discussion of what I planned on doing with the account, he schooled me letting me know that it wouldn't have been possible. He then allowed me to simply cancel the transaction afterwards. I can tell that he site is a side job/hobby thing due to delays in communication, but he was very friendly and very easy to work with. I'm not 100% sure where these negative comments are coming from, I can believe the possibility of them being fictitious. If an attempt is made to argue with me, please don't expect a reply for I have better things to do with my time. My experience with the site was worth leaving positive feed back though.

Do not waste your time trying to sell anything to this guy, It's like your communicating with a brick wall. I'm not sure what buying from them would be like but i can imagine it would be a lot easier as they are the ones receiving the money instead of paying it.

Looks like Chadwick575 was him or a friend supporting tgs.net. I can tell you now that I have not bought or sold to this guy. I don't plan on it either because he doesn't answer calls, doesn't answer facebook messages and as everyone else already said, he doesn't have a live chat but claims its useable. Chadwick575, you need to stop your sh**. This is a complaintsboard from honest people obviously willing to go through the trouble to warn other people because they just got screwed over. Funny how YOU'RE the only one sticking up for this guy. I'll make sure to help in trying to take this down.

Yeah I seriously am concerned now that I sent this guy a picture of myself holding my ID as per his request. When I say this guy, I really do mean just one guy. The whole company is one guy. After I sent him the ID picture and gave him my account information I never heard back. Customer service is non-existent. My time was wasted and I am let feeling unsecure. I will have to call all the major credit reporting agencies and have them block all credit-issuing attempts in case this guy is an identity thief. Please do your best not to use this site. It is some sort of a scam run by one man. His live chat is not even real. The phone has never once been answered. All the little posts on the sites community following page and all that are just a few sparse posts he made himself. Please let me know if you guys know how we can put him out of business.

I have done bussines with them on both account and proffesional level. At the start they seem to be a very good company. Until you disagree or they disagree with you. Then they act like a bunch of greedy leprechauns. If you want to look into this company further take a look at epicnpc.com. These are some of the posts i found. Make your own opinion.

If you are a real customer reading these reviews, please take them with a grain of salt as it has come to our attention that these complaints have been posted by our not so savory competition. Our feedback is all compiled on site, and we participate in several communities and have acquired years worth of feedback on those sites that are from real customers.

Additional, our staff are clearly notated here along with contact information, have been gamers for years, and the owner of TGS formed a top raiding guild @ release with friends that has been going strong ever since, and is still supported and sponsored by TGS. Combating this negative publicity from jealous competitors gets tiring, especially when our real feedback shows up in search results below this nonsense.

Over the past few years we have built up feedback on quite a few community sites. We have always believed that being part of communities and maintaining feedback on those third party sites shows what a company is really about instead of solely letting a customer comment on their initial experience. The website TGS.NET or THEGAMESUPPLY.NET is complete fraud I bought an account from them a couple years ago and have since had my account broken into and my gold stolen several times. He must be doing it with my secret question answer I had to supply him to get the account. Basically logs in and wipes out your gold when he sees you have a few thousand saved up to resell. Also have had several fraudulent charges on my credit card. Of course this guy chadwick is going to deny it all and cover for himself why wouldn't he otherwise he would have no business. So for god sakes don't make the mistake I did and take a chance with this company thinking it might be a legit one. DO NOT GIVE THIS WEBSITE YOUR CREDIT INFORMATION OR PHOTO ID COPY! If you do it makes no difference to me have fun being a new employee for TGS.com while you think your making gold for yourself.

The original complaint here makes no sense and any additions to it are not from customers of our site. We maintain multiple gaming communities, have thousands of real feedback on site, on other sites, a top 10 ranked World of Warcraft guild, along with an interactive Facebook community. We've been in this business for 6 years, and if these bogus complaints are all that are out there about us, well, that makes us feel just fine about how we do business.

This company is extremely shady.

The owner of the company is rude and the way he practices business is extremely unprofessional and he seems to lack experience in the business world. Based off what I have seen, he has dozens of complaints and while some of them are resolved, the point is that the complaints usually are irreparable and he can do very little to fix them.

I would not recommend this company.

I never bought an account from TGS.net, but I can say from experience when I sold my account to them just recently that the process was very straightforward and quick. Not instant, as I can understand, because the guy did a very thorough background check to assure the account was mine and wouldn't be recalled by anyone else. So saying this I can say that at least the accounts they BUY are very secure. The representatives are very friendly and helpful, and best of all, they are an American company. I would recommend selling to them, and from the process I experienced selling to them, I would probably buy from them over ANYWHERE else if I were going to.

We have contacted you directly to attempt to find out what complaint it was you even had with The Game Supply other than to just make inflammatory comments with absolutely no basis at all.

Any account can be banned or suspended whether purchased from The Game Supply or not, these are based upon your actions in game, not anything to do with any company.

All statements on the website @ thegamesupply.net are very straightforward and in the 5 years I have been doing this, my company has managed to keep all but yourself content. This is a good track record and I am quite simply tired of trying to accomodate someone who ISN'T even a customer of ours.

As I have told you previously, produce a receipt, invoice, transaction #, or credit card statement that shows you did business with The Game Supply, and I will immediately and personally refund your purchase regardless of your reasoning. You can call me toll free @ [protected].

I have responded personally to this very complaint on multiple websites, with the same result each time. This person is NOT our customer, and after that is proven the complaint is removed, only to be re posted by this individual for whatever reason, we have obviously wronged him in some way, but it was not as a customer.
