I paid for the membership on the website www.ststurnkey.com. I paid about $400 for the 2 years, but recently I decided to cancel it. I sent them email and informed that I wanted to cancel membership and get the remaining sum back, but the rep replied that they could cancel the membership, but I would need to pay for cancellation and some other fake fees. WTF? I want money, and no one warned me about this crap. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

I recently signed up with STS Turnkey. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out as there was a lag in communication and I ended up signing with a different company as I thought I had been scammed. The owner got back to me later as they were sick. In the end, the owners seemed pretty nice and thankfully refunded my money in accordance with their 14 day policy. It defiantly a legit company and the owners seem pleasant to work with:)

i have had my website with sts for a few years now and have had constant issues from products not being in stock to hundreds of items in stock but with no images to verify product details. i have to constantly be on the team about updates and information dealing with my site. i paid for the options to sell on ebay and amazon which was a waste of time because the inventory listing is set up all wrong and doesn't provide any link directly to the site

I recently began looking for an opportunity that would allow me to work from home to earn some extra income. I decided that it would be a good idea to do something that I liked doing and had some knowledge of. After working for Adam & Eve for over 10 years, I knew that adult products is a very profitable and fun industry to work in. I did a Google search and found STS Turnkey and learned that they could creat an affordable turnkey adult products website that only required marketing and promotion. After speaking with Rich, I thought that STS Turnkey had the knowledge and experience to deliver a website that could generate extra income for me.

As promised, they created an attractive website with over 10k items in a relatively short period of time. The back office was user friendly and offered great functionality. A week later, another representative called and suggested some additional services that would boost my sales, so for another $500 I decided to get these additional services. I decided to do a test run of my site by purchasing an item to test the packaging and shipping process. It took 3 weeks to receive my item and it was in-stock when I purchased it. Next, I decided to sample the product descriptions of several randomly selected items. This is where the trouble began.

I discovered that most of the items had poorly written or confusing product descriptions. Some of the items had some dimensions listed in the body of the text and another set of dimensions listed with the SKU#. These dimensions rarely matched and seemed to be package dimensions instead of product dimensions. I contacted the representative that sold me the add-ons and was referred to the support team. After contacting the support team and expressing my concerns with the product descriptions, I was told that their supplier wrote the product descriptions and there was nothing that they could do about those.

The next day, I asked myself if I was in the market for adult products and came across my website, " would I purchase anything?' The answer is NO because I wouldn't know what I was purchasing. Some of the product descriptions were even missing text and had random symbols instead of words.
I contacted Rich via email and requested a refund. NO response. Big surprise right. The website looks good but the product descriptions are lousy. It's like buying a brand new Ferrari only to discover that it has a bad engine!

Take your money elsewhere!

I recently signed up, less than a month ago, and the problems with getting the run around with site issues have already begun. I kinda feel that my experience will be the same as most others here...paying for a site monthly and not make a dime
Fortunately for me I didn't agree to a contract, I do the month to month, but I did purchase the largest 20k items store for $749 and paid a web designer to personally design my site so it wouldn't look like all the rest. So I'm sure I'll have to take a loss for that money as I'm seeing no one is EVER available when you have questions/issues, but they keep in touch when you're willing to purchase. Mike Manual is the ULTIMATE WORSE. If you have to speak with him run for the hills (what I should have done). But its a lesson learned and I won't let it linger too long without seeing a profit. I dont regret it at this point, but i wish I hadn't gone into business or purchased ANYTHING from STS Turnkey. They continue to bombard me with emails about purchasing a marketing package for $1200 ADDITIONAL dollars that I WILL NEVER purchase when all they "claim" to do is send out emails. Just remember the name Mike Manuel and keep away from this scam artist. For me, its a lesson learned, but I will keep posting about my negative experience with STS Turnkey and ive been dealing with them for LESS than a month. I would advise anyone to STAY AWAY from this company. I think like any fast talking scammer, they sell a good pitch, knowing there will be little, IF ANY, profit for the site owner.

I joined ststurnkey around december 2015 i believe, my website is sextense.net, i did everything i was told to do so i can be in business, from submitting my site to all search engines, populating inventory, even subscribed to google ppc for traffic, my store holds 10, 000 products. I had i believe about 1, 200 visitors within a month and a half, even tried social media marketing on instagram, i havent made one sale yet. My site even appears on google search. I think ive been scammed into a contract being sold i can make money but havent made any profit. Something is up. I feel like canceling my account.

Yea I kinda had that same problem I had my site for 2 years and didnt make a dime either. But I think most of the reason for that is there pricing. They dont really have the BEST pricing. After some online research I saw that many of the items we carry on our site were wholesale priced for the same as it was being retailed for on other sites like Ebay, Amazon, and Adam & Eve. So its hard to compete with that. That doesnt hurt STS because they still get there monthly fee's.

You're an idiot. I have had a website through STS for over a year, and there is no "balance" if you cancel. You can cancel whenever you want, but did you actually READ the invoice/contract before you signed it? Apparently not. Don't bash the company for your mistake. I personally like working with them.
