On 1/13/11 I went to JanetJackson.com to purchase my pre-sale tickets which open up to the fans at 12 noon eastern time. I was shut out several times before finally being able to select a row and purchase my tickets. I clicked on row L which did not state sold out then I clicked purchase and put in my personal and credit card info. After I purchased my tickets I was sent an email stating seat u-101 section orchestra which is not what I clicked on. I have called this company several times asking why was I charged for something I never clicked on to purchase their response is that the show is sold out and I can't get a refund. I asked to be given what I clicked on which was row L or something close to row L vs the row they are trying to me which is row U. This has happened to to several other fans who were told nothing could be done and they they clicked on what they bought which is a lie. The system was acting up non-stop and they acknowledge that too many people were in the system and might have caused problems. If that is the case why can't they give me a ticket for their system mess up? If I licked on something that was supposed to be sold out they never should have taken my credit card info and charged me for something that I did not want to buy. This company has lied to no end and they are very disrespectful and refuse to resolve issues that are at fault on their end. Something needs to be done w/ this company. I plan on taking legal action if I am not given what I originally paid for but wasn't given. If anyone else has complaints with this company its best to put that complaint in w/ the Better Business Bureau of the San Francisco Bay Area. Maybe then some action will be taken against this company. In today's economy there is no reason a company like this should be in business taking people's money for tickets they did not originally and giving them something else. This doesn't happen in grocery stores and it should happen w/ concert ticket either.
