Smoke51.com review: fraud 2

Smoke51.com operates out of the beautiful state of Florida.
They operate a site that sells a smokeless alternative to cigarettes.
They very plainly state that you can try their product for 30 days for free, and if you want to keep the product, they will then charge your bank account $89.97 at the end of 30 days.
I just reieved this product last thursday, Nov.4, 2009 and I just found out that they have already taken the $89.97 out of my account! That's not even a week!
This has caused me 2 over-drafts at $30.00 each plus the costs of the check! I cannot afford this as I am on disabilty and live on a very limited income.
I called them and they said they would only give me my money back when I return the item.
That's B.S. as they weren't supposed to take the money out until 30 days. Why should I trust them that they will refund my money when I send the protect back?
This is totally unethical and I'm sure the state of Florida doesn't appreciate scam artists that makes Florida look bad.
I want my money refunded immediantly!
