Account permanently deleted
My account was terminated because I "violated terms of agreement", which is absolutely false. I have screenshots of the chat request proving that I was the one violated, and also proving that I used the site to watch my friends live stream cooking show. Can't get much more innocent than that, meanwhile I get sexual messages at least five times a day. All I did was block them, so I am absolutely positive someone falsely reported me because I ignore them.
Desired outcome: I want my account restored, if only briefly to message some friends that I won’t be on there anymore

Hi! I suddenly not able to access my Skout account when I tried to login to my laptop. It says invalid login/password, so I reset the password but still no luck. So I logged out my skour account on my phone because I was thinking maybe that's the problem. However, it didn't fix the issue and what's worse is I can no longer access it on the phone. I keep rerouting me to create a new one but it's not even letting me create a new one. I did try reporting it to their customer service but they only responded once and has not gotten back.
Desired outcome: Restore my access pls. You can't just block my access without giving an explanation.

My account was deleted for breaking rules but I didn't ever break any Skout rules. I'm pretty sure someone hacked my account cause I keep getting messages saying Skout sent codes to my second device. I only have one phone and one number. Recently before I got deleted, people kept asking me why I have 2 accounts and I only made 1 and use only one so obviously someone made a fraudulent account using there number and email using my pics. I have only been using Skout for 3 months and I had just upgraded and it was cancelled and says it was refunded but I didn't get any refund either so a hacker must've gotten it. I have been blocked, due trying to log with different Email & password, but since I have been with contact with your support team, and they request me for May identification, which has been approved that was me and it has been clear from there side and they send link to reset May password so I can unblock the service.
