Shenzhen Sungold Solar Co., Ltd. review: Not Paying per Agreement

We purchase a 20Ft container direct from Shenzhen Sungold Solar Co., Ltd. around 240 PV Panels had bad Pv electrical boxes on them and had to be replaced because they where broken.
Shenzhen Sungold Solar Co., Ltd. did send us the replacement boxes so we could get them fixed, that we did the Labor cost to do this was around $56.00 US each we made a agreement that Shenzhen Sungold Solar Co., Ltd. would reimburse us $45.00 per Solar Panel to cover most of the repair's.
This is around $11, 000 US we keep getting the run around asking us to sign papers of the old orders and now they stop responding to our email's!
What can we do with this Factory in China? And get our Damages refunded that was promised to us many time's!
