i am (chandrika waghela) permanent employee (emp. id -3001)of serco bpo (nariaina), working for last 6 years, presently working with hsbc cards collections process as coordinator working for last 02 years with company, but without no reason new AVP (miss neelakshi purankar)of process ask me to leave the job, i ask her for what reason says we have no such designation in our company, whereas on the next day they gave same work to another female employee (mamta arora) who is from sales process for the same work. Just because she is close to my sr. manager (mr. amitabh chaudhary ). When I went to mr, amitabh for same he ask me to sign the resignation letter and threatens me that this is only the beginning i will show u, what can i do..i just want to know neither i was issued any warning letter and was puncutal in my work..but for no reason i asked to leave..i want help in the same how can retain with my job or in other case also as i am trying for the other job but not getting anywhere else..I went to ER team also regarding the same, but they (miss. neelu goel) ask me to forcefully sign the termination letter and otherwise my salary will be on hold if I will not sign the resignation.And on 4th March, 2011, guard (mr. jaiprakash) restrict my entry into office says it is by order of mr, amitabh chaudhary, nilakshi purankar and mamta arora. Now what should I do as I am not able to mark my attendance also. I have wrrtien to senior authorities also regarding the same but didn’t g9ot any reply. I am the only earning member in my family with handicapped husband, 02 children and mother in law. Should I ask my children to stopped their studies and do the labour to live.
Please help me in the same.. I will be very thankful

Hi...i am very thankful to times of india for thier help...my case has been resolved..i am taking my complaint back..

Hi, I am Bij works QA in Goregaon I had to resign due to personal reason on 9 Feb 2016. I asked i can serve notice of one week and releive me by12 Feb 2016. Its 60 days ever since I joined. Than Hr and manger was adamant that they want 1 month notice period. I said its unfair because i have hardly worked for 60 days. Than they took my id and said no need to come from tomorrow as you shall absconded.Know let what can i do about it.

Its a request kindly allow bags in office premises for girls by checking through security people.. Escalation done but nobody worked on that.. If u require we will give u in written

Hi I am karishma sawhney few days back I went to serco on 22 and to give an interview for trainers role there were 2 hr members one was Shivali bajaj and other was Mr Mohan who hired me I was selected for the trainers role offer letter was rolled out on the very same day .They asked me to join on the next day on 23 rd knowing the fact that I was working with Citibank and was required to serve a notice period of 2 months they were not okay with this despite of me persuading them that I would use my good offices and try getting relieved within a month but both the hr of serco refused ( Mr Mohan and miss Shivali bajaj ) and they started building unnessary pressure on me by saying that I would be blacklisted from the company serco forever in case I do not join on the 23 rd as suggested by them being an Hr they also said you please abscond from Citibank without realizing that this would tantamount my break of service and how would I justify my one and a half years break . They also suggested me to pay off the recovery amount for not serving the notice period which was something I can't afford as the amount was huge at last I had to give up and I refused the offer letter stating that I would not want to join serco as Hr practices are not very secured a company who cant understand a genuine reason for an individual whose helpless can't be flexible when it comes to deployment as well moreover I would want yo bring it yo your notice that they need to understand that I work for an MNC and not for a banya ka dukaaan that I can leave my 2 years of service by absconding just because serco wants me to do so

Hi Chadrika,
Your complain is to the point and very happy that you got support from The Times Of India. If you are still working for this company have you brought any rules into practices that Serco's each and every managers are into such a soup that it does not affect others. Sir i am employees of your company and your company policy is very bad when I enters company gate checking like this like I am terrorist and I have caugh some days and I take some medicine in our pocket and your admin is checking and say u don't permission of medicine taken under the gate and not give our employees break right time he break our employees 11am night what is this sir plz give some solution I am employees of serco coompany dehradun
