He has phished the website of a genuine website of a credible company in China www.qdflying.com and created a carbon copy fake scam (Phish) website http://www.qddoublepaper.com. I am one of many victims from different countries, s/he has scammed. The owner of the original genuine website has lodged a report with police of the criminal activities of the mentioned scammer.
