SAU Insurance review: I am very disappointed by the level of service I received

I called SAU Insurance on the [protected] 03:20PM [protected], to enquire if I can get car hire extension as they have delayed in making a decision on my claim. The car hire has expired and the pane beater is still busy with repairs. I spoke to Phumi ( claims handler) who was very rude and unprofessional, she told me that I should be grateful that my claim was paid, as I did not do the inspection. she even said she was not expecting a call from me as i now very well that my claim was not suppose to be paid.

All the time that I was dealing with her, she never called me to update me, I was the one calling all the time, and still, she was very rude to me. She makes me feel like she is doing me a favour by assisting me. I am paying premium to be covered. I do not expect this kind of service from Phumi, I’m sure your company does not need someone like her to deal with clients. She should be in the back office and not speaking to clients.

I left several messages for her to get her manager to call me, but to no avail.

I am very disappointed by the level of service I received.
