RTA Cabinet Store review: Cabinets ordered online

I ordered some cabinets. The drawings looked wonderful and reviewed them to the best of my ability, not being a construction worker. The cabinets were delivered and not the quality I expected but acceptable. There was one sheet in each box on assembly. Once assembly was complete, I found out that 2 critical pieces to make the cabinets look correct were not included. I contacted RTA and they placed all blame on me, the consumer. I should have understood those pieces were not included if I read the fine print and they do not accept returns if the pieces have been assembled. The individual who completed the drawings let me know that if I didn't like the product, I had the chance in review to not accept these. They place all the blame on the consumer and take no blame themselves.

I recommend you stay away from this company if you are not in the construction business. We were planning on ordering many more cabinets for our remodel but are going a different direction at this time.
