WFNNB Refuses to Issue Credit for Payment

WFNNB Bank refuses to credit my accounts payments made. I hold three "store" credit cards managed by WFNNB Bank; Victoria's Secret, Newport News and MetroStyle. In February 2017 I made three payments to these cards via a Wells Fargo Visa credit card. As follows:
$500.00 to Victoria's Secret
$114.24 to MetroStyle
$50.00 to Newport News
All three payments posted properly to each account correctly. They posted the Wells Fargo Visa as: WFNNB GAHANNA

I share finances with my fiance' and in April while I was hospitalized; my fiance' - in error - disputed the three payments. The three payments were credited back to the Wells Fargo Visa in April 2017. The error was discovered and Wells Fargo was contacted and instructed to reverse to dispute and send the three payments back to WFNNB; which they did in June 2017 and sent $664.14 to WFNNB in June.

WFNNB issued "debits" of the three payments to my accounts in June 2017. I contacted WFNNB to bring this error to their attention. The payments needed to be credited back to my account. The debits should have occurred in April when the funds were debited from WFNNB; this never happened. WFNNB debited my account in June when the disputes had been reversed and the payments returned.

To date after filing a complaint with the Ohio BBB, WFNNB refuses to issue the credits due my account and has been posting the erroneous credit details to all three credit reporting agencies. Below is a link to the BBB complaint file as well as the numerous responses from WFNNB. You will also be able to access the Wells Fargo Visa statements that clearly verify my position.

This company continues to call at odd hours of the morning and daytime. I have informed time umpteen times that the person they are tying to find does not live here, yet the jsut continue to call.

I am retired and have absolutely nothing to do with these people. I wish some entity would cause them to stop bothering us at our number.

WFNNB late fees and purchases didn't make

I too have had similar problems with wfnnb.It started with the late charges stating I miss payment and receive the statement in the mail so I set my account online to make sure.Turns out I would then get a statement through postal mail saying I was late, unable to deliver to email address.When I would email about the late charges they seem not to have a problem emailing back.Now they say I have made a purchase using my brylanehome card.I have tried calling, email and letters of dispute trying to get the charges taken off.They have to investigate that don't work.They stated that brylane said they I received a purchase.I keep telling I didn't use my brylane card.I talk to someone in their fraud department they found the problem she it was different numbers.I thought ok when I get their results from the investigation it will be the same.I was wrong I still trying to get the charges taken off.now I have cancelled all my wfnnb cards I don't even to want shop with brylanehome and womanwithin.These companies have lost a customer.

How can WFNNB send an IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING YOUR ACCOUNT...for an account that is nonexistent. Haven't had a Mandee account for close to 30 years! Cannot reach the culprit with ANY information given in IMPORTANT NOTICE. This sort of thing needs to stop. Consumer is led to believe that their privacy has been breeched. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!

I made 1 charge. They had the wrong address so I didn't get the bill. I called and took care of everything. I paid what I owed. Next month I get a bill with more fees on top of the fees they were supposed to remove. A $40 charge is now over $100 in fees. They won't remove anything. What do I do? I'll never shop there again!

I do not have a card issued by this company and they call up to a dozen times a day. They call from multiple phone numbers such as [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. I just want it to stop and my number is already on the do not call list. How can I make them stop?

I have had several experiences with WNNFB processing of my mailed in payments for American TV and Dress Barn. I called to check on the receipt of my payment. They said it wasn't in their system. The person I talked to created a 'No Payment Required this Month" note in my account. When I received my bank statement, the payment was their and had been deducted from my account the day previous to my call to WNNFB. Obviously, WNNFB isn't updating their payments on a timely basis. On January 4, 2012 I mailed a check which was due January 7, 2012. I paid postage fees for an overnight delivery. My bank statement showed up saying it was deducted on January 10, 2012. I periodically destroy those 2 cards and when I need to purchase something from either one of them, I ask for a new card. It's my own litte way of making these retailers pay for picking a bad handler.

I pay a credit card through WFNNB, they cannot process a payment for 2-3 days, if you want to do a same day payment they charge $10.00. This is not the case at B of A, Chase, and others. It is this banks way of making extra fees. Seriously, it is an electronic payment, they have my money as soon as I click the submit button. I am going to pay off my small balance and cancel my card for the store that uses WFNNB to process their payments.

WFNNB is the worst Bank I have ever used. The bank switched from billing to electronic, email, billing without my consent and started charging late fee even after the account was closed. Twice the account was paid in full and twice they sent a statement demanding additional late fees.
