I opened a claim with warrantyservice.com on 7/5/23. claim # C2885713 (I got a 5 year warranty from American Signature Furniture). This is for recliner mechanism that stopped working on my sofa. WarrantyService.com Sofa cleaning

We have a 5-year warranty on our 3 fabric sofas which we purchased at value city furniture. The buttons on the sofa are made of cheap material and keep falling off and we have to file a claim to fix it including accidental stains on the sofas. They fixed the button and cleaned the sofa in the past but now they said the cleaning the stain is not covered. Wth... Why do we pay for a warranty then? Any accidental damage to the sofa is covered under the warranty. I am really upset with this crap. I would like them to either clean the sofas or pay for a replacement as the warranty promised.

Is anyone else holding a warranty through this company unable to get through? The [protected] has been deactivated. Maybe I can help - try one of these numbers. When you get through, don't take no for an answer.
