Windows
I had windows installed on August 2022 by two guys whom one spoke very little English and the other no English. I can stand in my home and see outside around the windows edges. I froze in my home during cold days & night in winter time, even with my furnace, stove, dryer & electric heat going all the same time. I have called Install America several time...

We had install America come out and bid our roof. They told us we were approved for 250.00. They also said they would be out in couple days. The materials were thrown into mud and laid there for months before company finally come out. Our bed room roof fell in a while we waited for them to come back. Finally the day they showed no one could speak English...

I have had a terrible experience with this company, and am working several high authorities get things resolved. Basically, this company didn't fulfill the contract as promised and have been avoiding all of my phone calls to try and resolve the matter. I would like to have others join in with their accounts, in hopes that this could lead to a class action...
