I have requested back in January 2023 to STOP the auto pay for Sears Warranty coverage and auto pay of monthly fee of $54.30. EVERY SINGLE TIME we needed servicing we would get someone who came to the house, charged us $75 for coming and never took care of the repair. Sometimes they ordered the part to replace and we never received it, thus never got...

Cross Country Sears Warranty home warranty

Back in June I called and cancelled my home warranty service and was told that it would be scheduled for July because I called after the premium had been paid. The policy was not cancelled and on and 8/5/19 I paid a premium of $49.99; the regular premium. Amazingly, on August 14, I was charged $60.23 and again on Sept 5, 19 I was charged a premium. $210.20! REFUND!
