I spent $11.6k in the past 3.5 weeks trying g to get a stupid charm or hit a jackpot. The game fraudulently advertises bigger bets and spins will get you higher values charms, it's a lie. Billionaire Casino purchased chips bit not received

I have made purchases many times from them and always have to wait and beg for my purchases. I am now tired of this and would like to put an end to this... I did send them the receipts for my purchases... I cannot see why I have to wait for what I have paid for. Its an in app purchase so it should be immediate... they told me to check my google acc which I did and no problem there... if there was payment would not go through.. plse help. Thank you.

I was at level 1713 and my account name is AHD email wwamr1@gmail.com I was connected to Facebook, then I deleted the game and reinstalled it, and then I did not continue playing. I pressed by mistake no keeb current character
