Resort Condominiums International [RCI] review: Member resort not acceptable

The accommodation at Lilly Land Aka "Mirage Bay" are the most filthy and disgusting rooms I have ever experienced. It is plain filthy. Attached are the photos and two videos for you to see. There is pubic hair on the floor of the bathroom. There are other things smeared on the floor under the counter and the shower still has the last few people's soap residue caked on the soap tray. The kitchen has food and oils sprayed against the walls. The fridge has dirt in it and even hair at the bottom. Nearly every other surface in this room has filth on it. I complained at reception when we arrived and were shown 3 other equally appalling rooms, one even had used toilet paper on the floor. We cannot accept this accommodation. This is our 10 year anniversary trip and our first family international trip.

We have had to book alternate accommodation because of this as I cannot have my children and wife in this room one more minute longer than is necessary.
