Scam, scam, scam. People beware that the company RBW Services is horrible and they started to charge me for nothing. I was shocked that they took money from my account within several months. I only recently noticed these fake charges. As well as it was impossible to contact them, ‘coz the email address was fault and the phone number was useless. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
I also got charged 19.95. Never been to the site before. I don't know how they got to my checking account. I called but it's too early to be open. I will be disputing this charge.
I was charged $9.95 on my Marine Federal credit card by this company. I immediately canceled the credit card and filed a complaint with BBB. This is insane...how did these fools get my credit card number? My card has been in my possession the entire time! Luckily, I went back a few months and this charge made on 24 July 2017 was the first one and hopefully the last. Since I don't know how or when they got access to my information, I'm paranoid and will have to keep close watch on my account for charges from not only this company but also any 'sister' companies associated with these crooks. If another charge shows up from them, I will seek legal action. Best of luck to those of you who were scammed by these criminals. I just want my money back!
I just found a charge as well under RBW Services, which I had to search to find was SlenderGuideMD. When you call their number, it gives you the option to cancel membership, also gives you cancel option on their site, but like many of you, I not only want it cancelled, I want a refund and I want to know how they got my CC #. I am submitting a complaint with BBB in TX, and if I haven't heard back in 1 business day will dispute the charge with Bank America. By the way, how many ppl have accounts with BOA, this may be a security breach on their part.
Hi just wondering who is this rbw services..I was looking into my Citi bank and they charged me 19.95..did you have get any answers from them?i disputed this charge on my citi coz I don't know this services..and don't know why they knew my cc# too
I was also was charged on my chase account and did not charge anything with RBW services as they had a transaction of $29.95. I am contesting the charge as anyone should do !
On 09/13/2015 this company posted a charge of $29.95 to my Bank of America credit card. I never heard about this company before and NEVER contacted them. I am wondering, where and how they stole my credit card number. And the most important question: why our authorytis still allow these crooks to continue to rob people despite so many complains?!
