How many people out there have been the victim of a "slum landlord" or have been verbally abused by a rental agent? I not only lived in a house with numerous code violations the owner was cited for, but the rental agent did everything in his power to harass me and threaten me, forcing me to contact the Pinellas County Sheriff.
