FAKE NAMES TO RECONNECT

I need to know where to report someone using other names to reconnect Comcast cable, phone and internet services. He's also using his 12 yr olds name now. He's used 8 different names in 2 years at two different addresses. I let Comcast know by email.

i fell for a discount scheme that haband presented as an addional discount thinking i could get off anytime. but i can"t, so far only one branch has got my money, customer service only deal with sales i have email haband because i know no other way to get in touch with them, but no answer from yet, the "branch" i some how got in touch with them.the name is "great options", i called the operator who would connect me. the person would no idendify them selves, i told them who i wanted. they would either give me another number or pass me off to someone else, who also deny who they were, i knew i was getting the run around but i stayed on the phone. five times and 35 minutes some one on a cell phone which i could not hear 1/2 the time said he would cancel. but they hit my bank this week too.

Today I send emails to the Consumer Affairs, welfare fraud and other agencies reporting his actions. Hopefully he'll get whats coming to him.
