Public Service Electric & Gas [PSEG] review: Gas furnace safety issues - yellow flames emitting carbon monoxide

FURNACE SAFETY ISSUES- YELLOW FLAMES EMITTING CARBON MONOXIDE

I was very concerned about my gas furnace not burning properly and was producing yellow flames which produces unsafe carbon monoxide so I scheduled for a PSE&G technician to come out to adjust or clean my furnace.

The PSE&G technician saw the unsafe yellow flames and refused to adjust or clean my furnace and stated that this was safe and that all of these older furnaces produced unsafe yellow fumes.

I told her that I have the the PSE&G worry free service plan and that I was very disappointed that she refused to adjust or clean my unsafe gas furnace. I would like to have this unsafe issue resolved, please help.
