Cars will sell, but there is a shortage of parts, cars are still in trouble, this side is not repaired, that side is broken. This car has been almost 3 years old, and I don't understand why there is still a shortage of parts。x70 is just an advertisement, who buys who regrets it
Steering rack broken
Gear box miss (but tell me engine mounting yg rosak, gear box tiada masalah.)
Fan broken... No spare parts

I have sent my car (Proton X50) in April 2021 to Fook Loi Proton 4S in KK due to minor accident and waited until now they cannot complete repairing my car due to parts that has not been arrive. Do you expect me to pay for the car without using the car? and now they were informing that they wrongly sent the parts which is not supposed to be for my car. It has been 8 months! I think this will go to Tribunal then.

Jawira Balakong provides terrible sale service. Sales person is irresponsible and not following up on car allocations. Called the office and the officer said cannot do anything about that. Write to proton management also no responding. Good selling car model x70 and x50, but still the service quality remained as 'Proton' is, if this does not change, I would like to see how's Li is going to overtake the lead in the market.

My car is Proton X70 (plate no: VCT 707) registered in January 2020.
Yesterday, after completion of servicing the car at Jalan Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur, the care made some noise when the engine was turned on. The mechanic informed that it was the cooling fan (as i understood it) was faulty and needed replacement. It may take up to one month before the parts arrive.
Meanwhile the car cannot be driven because it is dangerous.

I travel to work daily with that car. One month is absolutely too long a period. Imagine the inconvenience and the additional expenses that i have to bear for one month!

I am owner of Proton X70 Plate Registration No. QRM8333. On 23 Sept 2021 I serviced my X70 at Melinau Auto SB in Kuching and complained that there was sound coming from my steering wheel. Mechanic informed that the I-Shaft was faulty and they will order for spare part. However after more than 2 months the spare part has not arrived Kuching. As the shaft gets louder by the day I am afraid to drive long distance and it has affected my business badly.

I am frustrated & disappointed in purchasing Proton X70. My issues & defect works are as below: -
1. No data for my car (so i unable to use Proton Link apps & navigator)
2. Navigator cannot be used since day 1 (after we took the car)
3. Defect work: The cover of the light (behind) got some scratch since day 1 (i realized after i reach home)
4. Absorber got sound

Firstly, My husband called service center Balakong and tell him about these issues, the service center replied that we should go back to the brand that we purchased car. So he called to Puncak Merah Branch which we purchased our car, he refuse to care our complaints and informed that their brand has no professional technical team for X70. Then my husband called to customer service center, he said will investigated which branch's fault and return the call, but no one call back!

Therefore my husband direct go to HQ Shah Alam COSE on 15/11/21, the staff mentioned that we have to check and the car need to be stay there, fine, we wait until 19/11/21, and the staff just mentioned that the absorber has been repair but unable to test due to raining, i was wondering is whole day rain? Is impossible right. And until now, the data yet to be solve, and keep on ask me to uninstall and re-install the "Proton Link" apps. Today morning I just called and follow up with SA, he mentioned that the cover of light is unable to claim warranty due to we didn't complaint to Puncak Merah Branch. Is this reasonable answer? I cannot accept at all. My car mileage is just around 3k.

Just these minor issues need to be stay there for 5 days? Now, my car still at COSE, I'm not sure how long I need to be wait. I have to bear the grab fee for these 5 days to work and continue pay the car instalment, is it fair for me? Somehow due to the super busy direct line has no one answer the call, so my husband go walk in to chase & follow up with the SA on 17 & 18/11/21. Is these cost & time need to be bear by your customer? Lastly, i would like to complaint that SA didn't call back after he promises to follow up with technical team.

FYI, my car just only around 3k mileage but after sales services is nothing? I really don't see any after-sell service provided from PROTON.

i bought X70 in Dec 2019.. less than 24 mths, my car has been in and out of the service centre 3 times due to parts issue. 1st was Brake Caliper and i hv waited 3 weeks for the part(diagnosed 23/5/21 and replaced on 18/6/21). 2nd was the steering assy, which my steering has a knocking sound when i turn left or right. waited 2 months on the parts (Diagnosed 2/8/21 and fixed on 1/10/21). And now is the 3rd time which the steering knocking sound is back after 1 month replacement of the part and also aircon compressor faulty (send in car for diagnosticon 5/11/21).
The service centre in Putatan, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah was unable to give me a date on how long should i wait for the parts. The first 2 problems mentioned due to MCO, they are unable to tell me when HQ can send the parts. Now we are in Phase 4 of MCO which all businesses are open, they are still unable to tell me when can i have my aircon compressor parts to arrive. It sounds like Proton HQ have no communication with their partners. Service Centre staff is helpless as unable to check when have HQ send the parts. All their answers are WE DON'T KNOW WHEN WILL ARRIVE! IN OUR SYSTEM, WE CAN'T SEE OUR HQ WHETHER HAVE SENT THE PARTS OR NOT! I am wondering is it because the parts is still under warranty and they don't bother much on servicing their customers? Why can't service centres to stock-up some common parts?

I don't see any after-sell service provided frm PROTON. Very disappointed in purchasing X70.

Proton Puncak Merak, Kajang said that proton x50 stock is not given to them which makes I have been waiting for my car almost 6 months!

Is this true? why are you not giving proton x50 stock to them?

Please expedite the process. I have been promised only 2 month waiting period. Now what?

if you are short in staff, please hire more to expedite your process! or you shouldn't advertise your car anymore if you can't meet the demand!

Call your customer service also never once pick up!

I bring my car for service, waited for 1 hour. There is a lot of counter and staff like there are pretending busy. When the car is ready to collect, there is nobody border to inform me and i have to call to check is it ready. There is a problem with the car engine and had inform the technician but everytimes after service, the problem still there. There is one time calling for a person but never turn out but the staff just wait and not calling the next one, just wasting everyone time. There is a coffees and snack but empty, maybe because of the pendemic..

hi, proton, i am mr yeo from batu pahat johor, my x70 JTE 8585 sent to your service center at jalan tongkang pecah for over 1 week for claim fan motor, but i dont know why no stock until now to exchange the fan motor, ineed to using my car for business and i rented the car now, so i want to know

1. when can my car to be done ? please give me a date .
2. will you pay me the rental cost for these waiting period ?

I am an owner of Proton X70 and had an accident on 9/9/2021. The car needs to tow to Proton Autorised Service and Repairs on 10/9/2021 for accident claims on radiator, bumper and some minor damages. Today on 27/10/2021 after more than a month and many many calls to the service centre for update on the repairs, the only replies is BELUM ADA SPARE PART. I had also calls many times to their hotline [protected] and is always put on hold until calls cancel and am event ask to leave my phone number for someone to calls me but never receive any calls. What's happening and can someone from Proton kindly advise.

I sent my exora bold for aircond services and repair. Since my first time send to this service centre, problems about the aircond seems never ending. Since last 2 month, my car have been in and out for numerous time due to the same problem. Each time, they will hold my car for more than a week. Last 14/10 i send again because the recurring problem and until now 26/10, the car is still not fixed. I've been spending money for grab because of this prolong effort issue. I've call proton i care and complaint but it seems no action were taken. I as a loyal proton customer feel cheated and oppressed by this service centre.

Saya pemilik x50 dan mengalami kemalangan lebih kurang 4 bulan lepas iaitu bulan 6/2021 dan telah mendapat kembali kereta tersebut tetapi dalam masa yang sama kereta saya masih ada masalah yg blom pihak proton selesaikan dan ini menyebabkn saya tidak dapat menampung kos selama kereta saya dibengkel dan setelah beberapa kali pihak proton juru hold masalah saya sehingga hari ini 19/10/2021. Alasan barang salah order, barang tdk smpai, saya trpaksa gunakan kereta yang dalm keadaan pembuka minyak rosak, lock manual, pintu kereta trpksa dibuka dr dalam dan mcm2 lg kerosakkan. Saya sangat kecewa dengan proton kerana saya trpksa menampung kos2 smua untuk meminjam kereta dan menyewa kereta akibat permasalahan ini

I have booked my Proton X50 13 months ago. Until up-to-date now I still have not received my new car. Booking for REGAL MOTOR HOLDINGS SDN. BHD Official Receipt No.:7618 dated:20/09/2020, and my Public Bank loan had APPROVED and completed signature. My car number register RAK9228 No. BSN.:[protected].

This delay is very seriously making by Proton. And very ridiculous disappointed and very frustrating.

I don't seen Proton will make this seriously mistake let the customer wait 13 month. And please check thru the car dealer are their is done the fair and just.

Your urgent and action to the above are very needed.

I have proton X70 premium and I have problem in radiator water leakage in circulation pipe but in Pakistan is not available parts and we have near dealer is in multan he is not corporate with us my proton is reducing water we visit the 4 time in company workshop is in multan but this problem as it as in Pakistan is not take seriously so please do something if you want to doing proper business other wise I complaint in prime minister citizen portal

I have booked for Proton X50 Flagship from Autofin Associates ( Johore) Sdn Bhd based in Johor Bshru on 13th March 2021 and I also have gotten my loan approval from Bank Rakyat on the same date.

However, till to date after 6 months waiting I was left with no clue when I'll be getting my unit.
The SA, Rashid Sulaiman couldn't give me any confirmation when I'll be receiving my car.
For your information, I have already 3 times renewed my approved loan pending disbursement.

Can you please confirm here by when I'll be getting the car.

My Proton Persona mileage is 18k, however the vehicle is 18 months old and is due for the 30k service schedule. Sent to Proton AmOne Auto for servicing but AmOne insist that I change the spark plugs, otherwise they will not stamp and sign the warranty and service book. My point is the warranty and service book show that spark plugs replacement is due only at 30k mileage. My vehicle mileage is 18k, can I not change the plugs on the next service. Why do I need to change the plugs at 18k? And they have not even bother to inspect the plugs. Is this not a waste. Because of their insistence my vehicle was not service and the vehicle maintenance icon is on.

I did my service at Jelita Menawan Sdn Bhd in early of august for my car KEP2374. My reverse came have some problem, so I asked them to check it. And they told me my reverse camera can't be fixed, and I need to replace it. So reverse camera warranty is for 3 years from the date of purchase, but they told me I cant claim on warranty because my warranty calculated in year instead of the date of purchase. Which mean 2018 jan until 2020 Dec only. Upon checking with my salesperson from Alor Setar Jalan Gangsa branch Ms Salwa, she told me it is according to date of purchase and she helped me to check on the remark written by Jelita Menawan, which is "pecah". Upon checking on the physical damage nothing is actually "pecah". I am really unhappy with the service provided and I would really hope the autjority with take the neccessary action on Jelita Menawan for giving false information.
